Shipping and Delivery

 

SHIPPING

Paon Rose offers free shipping within the United States and flat rate of 6.99 for international shipping.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please allow at least 1-2 business days for order processing.

  • Additional processing, shipping time, and restrictions may apply for some products and locations, and during busy holiday seasons

Once you've placed an order with us (thank you!), you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and shipping/billing information and tracking number once your order ships.

  • Be sure to verify the shipping address you've provided is correct ASAP! Please notify us at info@paonrose.com for any changes or updates to your address. While we will make every effort to correct any errors brought to our attention before your order has shipped, Paon Rose will not be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit, undeliverable, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect shipping information.
  • Standard/Free Shipping (2-7) via USPS

Free Standard shipping  available for orders shipped to valid US addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, all other US territories, military APO/ FPO, and PO Boxes.

  • Please allow an extra 7-10 business days for orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.
  • For shipments to APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and all other US Territories, please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for delivery.

DELIVERY

While we do not require a signature to receive the shipment, we strongly recommend you be present to accept delivery given the high value of your order as we will not take responsibility for any missing or lost packages that are marked as delivered. We realize this may be inconvenient at times, but we would like to ensure that your purchases arrive securely.

Once received, our products need to be stored in a cool dry place, and we don’t recommend leaving them outside on your doorstep. 

Missing or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but it's nowhere to be found: Don't panic! Be sure to look thoroughly where your mail is typically delivered and ask your family or neighbors if they've received the package. If your package is still not found:

Please contact USPS and inform them of your missing package. 

Please then inform our team so that we may verify with USPS the status of your package an assist however we can!

Please note, we will not replace, or refund lost, or missing packages marked as delivered. 

Damaged or missing/incorrect items. While we take great care to ensure that your items are packed safely and securely for their journey to you, if there are any issues regarding the products received in your order please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@paonrose.com with the following information so that we may assist you quickly and efficiently!

  • For damaged items, please provide us with detailed photos of the product(s), Please do not discard products or packaging.
  • For missing/incorrect items, please provide us with detailed photos of the products received, the shipping box with label, as well as the packing slip.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY


In the event that you would like to cancel your order, email us at info@paonrose.com or call us at 1(844)-453-9929 (the sooner, the better!) We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order as it may have already shipped, in which case, we will work with you to submit your return once it arrives.
